Location short walk to the attractions in Colima and the outskirts of Colima on the highway to Guadalajara and the restaurant. Also, in the middle of jackson. The room was exceptionally comfortable and new-fashioned, the location was favourable...
Beds were too firm.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room while visiting the nearby Archaeological Zone El Chanal. The hotel had a nice layout, making it a great spot for a quick stay, but I was disappointed by the lack of basic supplies like toiletries and hand towels. I appreciated the modern amenities and the clean room, which made it comfortable overall.

Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and modern. Location on the outskirts of Colima offered easy access to the highway. The pool area provided a nice spot to relax. The mattress was uncomfortable and quite hard. The air conditioning unit was noisy and leaked water onto the floor, unsafe, especially with a pregnant wife. I faced issues with limited towels. We only had two for three people. Breakfast included only coffee and toast, with extra charges if booked through a site. While the hotel has potential, these inconveniences made it less enjoyable.

The hotel's location near Colima City is fantastic for exploring the volcanic region. My daughters loved the nearby attractions, especially the archaeological site that showcases some amazing history. We appreciated the spaciousness in the room.
For dads, it would be great if they offered more towels for families.
